The DZAA extends our warmest wishes to all of our Alumni and their sweethearts for a magical and love-filled Valentine’s Day!
Delta Zeta Alumni Association
As most of our Alumni know by now, 8 months may sound like a long time away – but those 8 months will fly by faster than you realize! That means that the Third Annual USF / Chi Phi Scholarship Scramble will be here before you realize it. That’s right! This year, the DZAA is hosting its Third Annual golf tournament. The purpose of this event is to raise money for the DZAA’s scholarship fund, which provides scholarships to young men attending the University of South Florida.
The tradition started in 2013, and last year, we had an amazing turn-out for our second golf scramble. We are extremely thankful for each and every one who has supported the event, as it was you who helped make our scramble the great success that it was!
The DZAA is already planning the 2015 Scramble, which is set to take place at the Babe Zaharias Golf Course on Sunday, October 25, 2015, with a tee time of 8:30 a.m. Once again, we will have prizes for the first, second, and third place teams, as well as prizes to be awarded for the longest drive, the closest to the pin, and the putting competition, as well as door and raffle prizes. Lunch, of course, will be provided.

Recently, the Brothers in the Theta Delta Chapter of Chi Phi at the University of Florida had a great time when they teamed up with the lovely ladies of Phi Mu UF (Alpha Nu Chapter) to play some kick ball and help raise money, not only for the Dance Marathon at UF, but also for something far more important – the Children’s Miracle Network Hospital!
The gentlemen of Chi Phi had a great time and sponsored a very worthy cause, reminding us all that being a part of Chi Phi isn’t all just about us – it’s also about supporting those around us in need! So snaps to our Brothers at UF for kicking it up for charity!
