Please don’t forget that the 2014 USF / Chi Phi Golf Scramble will be here before you know it – it’s only two months away! The tournament will take place on Sunday, October 26, 2014 at 8:30 a.m. at the Babe Zaharias Golf Course in Tampa. For more information and to register, check out www.usfchiphialumni.com/golf.

Third Thursday is Here!

Gentlemen – it’s that time of the month (and you know what I mean!). Time for the DZAA’s monthly Third Thursday gathering. So mark it on your calendar for Thursday, August 21st at 7:00 p.m., the Alumni will be meeting at the Brass Tap, located at 10019 North Dale Mabry Highway, Tampa, Florida.

A Warm Welcome to the DZAA Archivist

archivist-archives-23052417The Delta Zeta Alumni Association would like to extend its warmest appreciation to Brother Jason Bornstein (Delta Zeta ’12) for volunteering for and accepting the position as the DZAA Archivist. As the Archivist, Brother Bornstein will gather and catalogue all of the photos in the DZAA’s archives into digital format for ultimately uploading to the DZAA website in a members-only section. He will also take responsibility for caring for all of the DZAA’s physical items, such as the trophies and awards, photograph albums, banners, and other memorabilia.

Brother Bornstein, in accepting this position, will be helping Jasonto safeguard the DZAA’s history and ensure that its remains secure for future generations to come. He will be officially appointed at the next DZAA Exec Board meeting on August 23, 2014.
