The DZAA wants to wish all of our Alumni and their families a very safe and happy (and frighteningly fun!) Halloween!
Who killed Monica Welles? That’s the central question in the upcoming play, “Rehearsal for Murder,” starring one of DZAA’s very own, Brother Todd Latoski. Opening Friday, October 31st at the Shoestring Theatre in Lake Helen, Florida, “Rehearsal for Murder” is a thrilling theatrical mystery in which the theater becomes the set for the play.
Brother Latoski has been performing off and on at the Shoestring Theatre for five years now, and his latest role finds him as a suspect (and potential killer!) in a mystery filled with surprising twists and an exciting climax.
If you live anywhere near Lake Helen, or if you want to take a nice weekend trip, check out the Shoestring Theatre and support our fellow Alumnus. “Rehearsal for Murder” runs for three weeks, with shows Friday and Saturday nights, and matinees on Sundays. You’ll definitely be in for a treat!

For those Chi Phi Alumni who still live in the Tampa Bay area – a Chi Phi Club is starting up right here in Tampa! Currently, 3 to 4 volunteers are needed to serve as “social chairmen” (i.e., officers) for the Club.
Brother Ron Frank has announced that a meeting will be held in a couple of weeks, and those who are interested in serving as an officer (or, if you simply want to become a member of the Tampa Bay Chi Phi Club), please contact him.
Just one more opportunity to strengthen the bonds of Brotherhood!
